The OWRL has been using servers provided for free by Xcite Racing. They allowed us to have our races on dedicated servers, as many as we needed, and it allowed us to keep a public training server up continuously. We would like to continue to use their servers, and to keep up with the monthly costs, please consider making a donation for the servers. Even small amounts help!

It is admins fault when they ignore what people say on the server, there were other people besides me who had the same problem of not being able to race because of this.
